Esene bread sounds interesting. I eat all my sprouts with Sea Salt , red cayenne pepper and sesame seed oil. Hmmm.

I have not tried serapeptase. Iodine is also good for cysts and I used to take up to 50 drops of 5% Lugol's solution, but no change.

Glad to hear that you did well with water only fast. It is important to rest though, no exercise and keep warm. I also drink warm water so the mucus and lymph flows better.

BTW, Kefir does not have alcohol. It is raw goat or cow milk with Kefir grains which eats Sugar from milk and turn it to yogurt kinda consistency. I also make coconut milk Kefir. It is so delicious.
