I'm preparing to do my fourth Liver Flush and my diet is real organic foods. Bowels are fine as I did a 7 day Water Fast two weeks ago. No intestinal parasites from a DE protocol before that. Last two days, allot of apple cider, APV, 10 drops super-phos 3 times a day..

I know the day of the flush is no fat to store the bile. But how about the days leading up to that day? Would it be best to consume allot of meat or avocado's to promote bile production? Then store it for more bile volume for the flush?
