The solution that you dilute Sea Salt for the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is the same density as blood so you should not absorb any of it and that's how you flush it through your system. Also, the body does not "store the salt between the cells" because Na (sodium) is actually very important to cellular function. (I'm going to get geeky and scientific here for a minute). Every cell in our body has a Sodium-Potassium channel which transers materials in and out of our cells such as oxygen and minerals. Sodium can definitely cause a huge imbalance if you have a lot, but in many ways we need it. For example, saline solution is just salt water, but diluted in a specific formula. It all comes down to specifics - I see (and felt) nothing wrong with SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) if done correctly.
