Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone has any info. on taking Turmeric and the side effects of such? I've been reading great stuff about it for inflammation, brain health, etc... Started taking only 500 mg. once a day about a week ago. Woke up this morning with a red, itchy rash on the insides of my arms and neck and now have it all over my upper body. I googled about turmeric rash and so it is fairly common in certain people. I'm wondering if I should completely stop the turmeric, lower the dosage or what? Thank you in advance.
