These are exactly what I have. Two nests I've been battling in the last 10 days. Hundreds maybe thousands of them per nest. They then spread and embed over an area of my upper body. Takes days to clean out a nest.

Did you ever take your samples to that doctor who believed you?

I think it would be impossible to find and remove every one. Essential oils work for me to find them, and apply over and over again to find stragglers. They react violently to clove, eucalyptus, oregano, peppermint and tree tea oil. The skin burns like hell JUST in the places they are at. The skin turns beet red. I find hundreds or more in all life stages in these places. There is a sag or puffiness and extreme tenderness/pain in the skin where they are.

It's been a twilight zone experience. I began Ivermectin a month ago because the nightmare began with scabies mites from the dogs (from backyard rats) Then I found an arm ridden with demodex mites, a cigar shaped mite in EVERY hair follicle on one arm. Then these segmented, pale yellow, c-shaped, 1/2" larvae made their debut. They showed up as a topping of heavy pale yellow "plastic" in the sores I created by scraping out scabies mother and egg tracks. A normal scab became impossible after about a week. The yellow topping took the place of scabs.

I had a grain moth and fruit fly invasion just prior to this. I found many dead fruit flies in a bottle of white vinegar I'd left open. They are attracted to acid. Thanks for sharing about them, I have exactly the same thing, plus several kinds of mites. Am ordering Valbazen (Albendazole) liquid which I'll take orally along with Ivermectin orally as well, 5 days of one, two days of the other, for 30 days. This was one avenue several mentioned on the Topix forum, "Scabies". I will incorporate some ideas I've gotten on this forum. Thank God for these forums! Thank you posters.

How is your progress?
