I uncovered this in a section of stool. What is this? It appears 4 cm or so? One week ago I drank a quart of coconut water and ate one whole fresh pineapple along with 200mg of CoQ10 supplement. The very next morning I had severe burning stomach pains that were so severe I thought I was going to be in need of medical attention at the hospital 12 hours after the coconut water, 200 mgs of CoQ10, and one whole pineapple. I am one strong, highly pain-tolerant person but this was burning killer pain in my stomach that dicipated within a few hours rest with feet elevated after an one hour of of cold sweat, 2 hours of stomach aching, and a 30 mins of nausea feeling. It was so sever I called a phone-in nurse. She suggested over the phone I may have been in the midst of gall stones pain (I am thus-far undiagnosed by a doctor and my poo is not pale...) but I also somehow suspected the severe abdominal pain 5 inches above belly button was a result of the mixture of eating a whole pineapple, drinking a quart of coconut water and the CoQ10 12 hours earlier -- as weird and unfounded as it may sound...

In any case, one week later I passed this and other fiberous things in my stool. None were moving but WTF is this I unearthed in my poo segment? It appears to be 4 cm long and rubbery.
