I haven't been tested for leaky gut but I just figure I have it given I've suffered from an autoimmune disorder as well as anxiety for over 10 years now. I also used to eat terribly with lots of gluten. I only cut back on eggs and nuts because they can contribute to leaky gut and are part of the foods to eliminate when treating leaky gut, at least from what I gather.

Like I said, I was already paleo so going the extra step to try and address leaky gut isn't going to take a drastic change. I'd rather try and leave eggs and nuts out of my diet for a month or so just to see if it works.
