I might tell you that i get the same reaction with Bacillus coagulans, not regular acidophilus (where nothing happens). I also tend to see lots of undigested food and nuts in my stool.

I use some bentonite and zeolite which helps a little. Do you think Terramin clay would be more efficient?

I do really well with sulfur foods, i feel better on garlic. I do badly however with N Acetyl Cysteine.

See i do not really have classic bipolar disorder, it seems that something else is going on, drs are clueless.

I quit the Undecenoic acid yesterday and feel foggy today,, vertigo and libido is gone once again as well. Its very strange.

I will try again at a lower dosage, if that is the way to go?
