Hi HudsonK -- man, you have been through a lot. You're doing so many good things for yourself. Getting rid of toxins; in the mouth and water supply. If you had to list those symptoms; which (1) thing would stand out? If constipation is there; that would no doubt, be among #1. If you can add something into your diet; (senna) is supposed to be good; (oil vitamins); get that straightened out; (source of fiber). I'd say - take the symptoms; and fix them. Don't worry about a diagnosis. Diagnosis' are for a medical chart; they never answer the problem anyway. Get rid of the symptoms and there is no disease. ~~~Nancy Gurish
