It's a leasy gut then that is creating a auto immune reaction.

Follow my advice for the bananas for a few weeks and see what happends. Stick to the diet your on and will you slowly get worse. You don't wait to wait till you are to far goNE and can walk because of the joint pain. Or wait for the Arthritis to destroy your hands and feet.

Ozonated water will help also. But try the diet first.
