Disagree.... The morning is the time when the body is in cleansing mode. It naturally wants to clean.... hence why most of us do a #2 after we wake up. Our bodies have had a micro fast from sleeping and are consolidating our cells and healing etc in the morn.
Therefore one is better to delay breakfast to, say, brunch, or even lunch...
Dr Mercola says a brilliant intermittent fasting regime is to delay eating until post lunchtime to reap maximum benefits such as prolonged life and neural development.
Dr David permutter says this is an excellent activity for activating BNFA which activates our DNA and helps our brains to grow and protects us from neural disease. short regular fasting like that can actually help with insulin resistance and stave of cancers.
Animals in captivity who were fasted in the morn were cited to live longer.
Harvard/yale conducted studies on memory and students who performed better on exams where the ones who studied and did exam on an empty stomach.
digestion drains so much energy from the body at times and it is important we give the body a break from this task so that we can heal whatever minor issues may arise. it those who are constantly eating, and snacking that end up with tumours and cancers as they never give their body a break to clean itself.... Breakfast being the most important time to do so...
Sure eating a hearty breakfast every so often is not harmful, but jamming up your body every single morn with breakfast will do more harm than good.... esp soy and the morning after pill as your post said... (wt?) both are toxic
I could cite more cold hard facts but.... you should really go research longevity... look at the tribes who have women conceiving into their 70's and living till 140 as a general rule... their main meal was not breakfast. nor was it emphasised.
