Just curious if anybody knows whether sprouted (or soaked) chia seeds and flax seeds can help heal a leaky gut. I know nuts and seeds are supposed to be avoided during this time but it sounds like some people recommend them when soaked. Also does anybody know if you can take flax oil or does that have the same compounds in it that contribute to leaky gut since it's a seed?
