I have often read in this forum of folks with  sinus problems getting  good results from the MC but the skin thing is the most commonly written about noticeable results. I'm a guy and got unsolicited comments from one of my gilrfriends about how soft and smooth my skin felt when I was on the MC.

 Since you did some good for your sinuses I would take that further and do some research regarding mucous forming foods and experiment with cutting down or eliminating them from your diet altogether.
