Thanks for the advice. I'll definitely take another look at the liver flush. There's definitely a point to "better out than in" with that type of stuff...makes sense to me.

As for the above poster that wrote: "My sinuses cleared up after 3 days, skin felt softer" ...that's one thing I forgot to add. My sinuses REALLY cleared up. That was one of the more noticable effects of the fast. I've been in allergy and sinus hell for most of my adolescence, but was free and clear from day 3 onward. Skin does feel softer too.
