Andreas Moritz says that if you do a Liver Flush and release toxins and your colon is slow, then this can make things worse because all that bad stuff from the liver will get stuck in the colon.

Not a good idea.

So he recommends cleaning the colon before and after preferably with a colonic, if not then a triple (back to back) enema.

I suggest that you try to get your colon in a good state first as it is the outlet pipe. Simplify your food, do relaxation, exercise, there are also some yogic exercises to get your bowel moving called "shanka prakshalana".
