A year ago I was also going through what u are experiencing. The parasites that you have described, match to a t. After countless days of near insanity. I finally was able to rid myself of these terrible things. I shaved my entire body. And then took a bath to coax them to the surface of my skin. Using a lighter I ran the flame over every inch of my skin in a feathering motion. I did receive a few burns from not moving the flame fast enough but I have been "bug" free ever since. It also dried my skin out. In addition I burned most blankets,curtains,sheets or any materials I could afford to replace and sent all clothing and any other material in my house to the cleaners. Also I bombed my house then immediately after cleaned with bleach and other chemical cleaners. My hands had black dots under the skin. Which a week later it was as if I had fleas and nats flying around face. Then I noticed I had blister like patches of skin on body with eggs beneath. I would pop small soft circles of skin and pull clear oval rubber like things out that looked as if they had two black intenas. there transparent on top of your skin and flying around your face until u turn them black with a flame. Although very dangerous to use my technique in burning them. The relief out ways a couple light burns
