One of the main reasons that people are fooled into believing that Wikipedia is posting the truth, is the fact that it has a very high authority level in the Google search engine."
As with all search engines, the more companies, corporations, governments etc pay to have the information posted on the search-even wikipedia, the higher it's standing and ranking of authority.
That's the primary reason why pro-vaccine sites get a higher rating-say in the top 25 listing on a search engine-the CDC/pharmaceutical companies pay for those slots. Think of it like a grocery store. Products that you see on a shelf at eye level that will get the customers attention to most likely buy it cost more to a manufacturer than the products down on the last two shelves at the bottom. It's renting the space. Pharma knocked all other Sugar substitutes off the shelf when Splenda hit the market. Take a look the next time you go to the grocery store. The same thing with Wikipedia, who you know was starts by an ex-p 0 r n peddler. It's abut the money and like a supermarket shelf, what's posted in that space that companies rent-is for their benefit-not the public's.
In all fairness Health Ranger can be pretty bias too. Not to the degree of Wikipedia, but I know many that have been banned from the comment boards because not only did they disagree with some of the articles contents but were able to prove where the writers were just wrong. Apparently disproving something that Health Ranger has got it's teeth into is a no no.
