I am interested in your approach. I want natural approach in treating this condition. I usually have 140-150 systolic and 70-90 diastolic. I am not taking any medication but I limit my sodium intake, drink lot of water, try to eat fruits regularly and taking up multivitamins with minerals. Hoping to catch up with you later. I am a Filipino, 22, Male.
