while hormones are well, you can handle and still live, many people with these problems has a problem with the thyroid or adrenal, many get food sensitivities after a period of stress, like me, but before that I was not healthy, but something my body still held until it broke and shit leaked.

I am pretty sure that if I had changed the habits and not have that stress period, perhaps this had not happened, or perhaps delayed a few years

I think in most cases, start with low stomach acid and hormonal imbalance, which triggers many other processes (serious dysbiosis, leaky gut> leaky brain, poor protein digestion ...)
