I was diagnosed with klienfelters syndrom that comes with low T when i was 21.now im 35 i have lost 50 pounds my moods are good without taking any medication i go to gym daily my sex drive is low but otherwise im fine. My testosterone is at 31 ng/dl. I would like to know if anyone knows if i would need to go onto testosterone shots because there may be a danger that im not aware of having such low T
