There definitely looks something on your lower right, but probably a fair bit smaller than I would expect. Not much else screams out on your x-ray or CT that there is a cavitation there. That said, in my own case x-ray and CT basically showed nothing, and I had 2 large cavitations where my lower wisdom teeth were.
As for successfully surgery, I had both success and failure. Failure require repeat surgery, but I was completely crippled/house bound with 2 pockets of infection in my jaw. Today my health is good.
Just make sure you find a good surgeon. cavitation surgery does have a failure rate, and the surgeon must sometimes be quite aggressive in the removal of dead bone/infection, if any is left it will probably fail.
