I have been trying to make improvements in my diet. Lately I have been drinking 8 glasses of water and pretty much cut soft drinks out of my diet. I have been keeping track on my diet with a nutritional application on my phone. At times my diet can be high in Sugar and fat so I have been trying to cut back and eat more healthy. I also have a lot of dairy which I have heard can contribute to folliculitis so I plan to eat less of that.
