Thanks! So this includes the natural tea tree oil toothpaste I'm using (fluoride and gluten free)? But yeah, I will definitely take your advice and try a few days just brushing with water. And yeah, I didn't think self-gratification had anything to do with it, guess my parents are a little superstitious. I couldn't find anything online that menthioned any correlation haha.
