I took 500 mg at dinner last Tuesday and then a tiny bit of breakfast and then 250 mg at lunch on Wednesday and by 4 PM my midsection/diaphragm area had tightened up so badly I have to work to breathe for the next six hours or so.

That is a really common reaction I seem to be having with so many of these and I parasitics whether it be herbs Are other substances.
