I'm on my third day of the cleanse. I've only done it once before, but it does seem to get easier after the third day. Today I noticed a true lack of hunger. The toughest part for me is the bordom. So much of our lives seem to revolve around food. Since I don't really like to explain to others why I'm not eating I find myself avoiding social situations that would highlight it, like dinner with friends.
