Please can some one help answer my questions, i am new here also so not sure how to find the right forum page on NASCENT iodine. i am applying it topically as i am scared of the detox symptoms however, i am experiencing some, but as i dont know how much im absorbing as its through skin, then i may be doing detox for longer as it is a slower approach maybe???
i need to detox from lots of things all over body thus why i am applying it topically for now, i shall progress to digest it when i am confidant that i am not harming myself with Iodine .

Any advice or links would be appreciated
