Cool you might be dead on - I am familiar with all these links.

When these symptoms happened I was actually on day 25 of no fap. I've been taking it easy for the past couple of months not doing it more than twice a week. I'm back on the challenge after my relapse.

Hopefully this gets fixed as I don't want it to ruin the thing that I'm having with this girl.

Don't you think adrenal fatigue has anything to do with this though? Why am I being zapped when I start to fall alseep
