Regarding the flame being too strong, my stove has only two settings - one high flame and one less so. Perhaps the only solution is to find a new stove with a lighter flame.

Yesterday I took 2 tablespoons of coffee in 2 cups, and used them for one enema. Why would taking these same 2 cups in two different enemas back to back, one cup each time, be more helpful? I didn't quite understand.

Today I plan to use 4 tablespoons of coffee in 2 cups of water for my enema, and gradually increase it. Have you tried or read of people doing more than 4 tbsp in one enema? A friend has done that and had good results, but I wonder if it may be harmful - getting the coffee into the bloodstream - or just ineffective because the liver can use only so much coffee. What do you think?

I think I will now do only one saline enema after the coffee enema, since I have been doing 2 enemas a day for 4 days now.
