so for about the past 6 months or so I haven't felt quite like my normal self. Typically I work out very hard 5 days a week, Im super energetic and love to always be active. About 8 months ago I started a stressful job that I don't like. Slowly over time I realized I just didn't feel like normal. Less energy, not feeling like my usual self, things overwhelm me more, I feel like I can't handle anything. I had tried losing weight for a little while (not overweight, just wanted to be a little leaner) and cutting back on calories and increasing cardio..exactly what's always worked for me in the past..I didn't lose a single pound. Now over the past couple months my hair has been majorly falling out and thinning. When I wash my hair or even just run my hands through it, clumps come out. I also have been ovcasionally experiencing heart palpitations at night. Due to my lack of energy lately I have cut back on the intensity of my workouts now and Im doing more yoga, more low rep weightlifting and etc. I eat gluten, dairy and Sugar free. I am currently taking vitamin d, magnesium, silica, probiotic due to the IBS and bad bloating I've had forever, l-glutamine, and evening primrose oil. Does anyone know of anything to do? I had an appointment with a homeopath but couldn't afford her treatment. I have an appointment with my general practicioner next week to get some tests done. I should probably also mention as well I do have scalp psorasis also, and have had fibrocystic breasts in the past year.
