I think I've gone a little hypothyroid as well. I get more tired on it, than off of it.

I take a about 80% less than i used to, which was 100/150 mgs or so a day for 5 days/week.

I think I may reduce to 1 or 2 drops a day during the work week. Im pretty sure im sufficient. As high on water said, people have lived without mega doses for millennia before us.
