Don't freak out. Most people don't have that severe of a reaction to prazi unless they take too much or take it wrong.

You MUST mix it with fat.

1/8 of a tsp is 170 MG. I found that if taken with lots of fat you don't have to take much. Start with 1/4 tsp.

The brand you bought Aqua Prazi is a good source.
The main thing you must be careful about is that it doesn't have additives.
