I understand low stomach acid might be a an issue for me.... but I took HCl once and got an ulcer so recently began trying sucking on pink Himalayan salt since I'd heard a lecture on a You Tube video that suggested doing that to first thing in the AM and before meals to help product HCl naturally.

How did you increase your stomach acid?
