I have sciatic pain that is exacerbated by food...well, really by practically everything I put in or on my body. I used a neti pot today with Himalayan pink salt because I have chronic sinus issues as well. Afterward, the sciatic pain decreased significantly. Does that make sense...is there some connection between sciatica and the sinuses? Ironically the sinus pain did not improve, but I'll gladly take the relief from the sacral pain!
A little background info that may be helpful to know...I have lupus and other autoimmune conditions...and self-diagnosed probable leaky gut and candida etc
