The coffee will not change the particle size of your colloidal or ionic silver.  However, if truly colloidal (and not ionic), I'd recommend that you cap the nano particles with gelatine or cinnamon to ensure that body chemistry does not reduce the silver, whereby it might agglomerate and become larger particles.
