Vaping with an electronic cigarette is not healthy as such in my opinion, but I believe it's a much less detrimental to my health than smoking.

Also you can try this

1. Support yourself with people who are supportive of your choice to quit
2. Listen to music
3. Excercise
4. Snap your cravings away
