:) I hardly take any Iodine anymore, maybe a couple drops of Lugol, twice a month. In the beginning I took more, per Dr. Flechas' comments on how it helps eliminate heavy metals. But, all my relatives lived to be pretty old and didn't gobble gram quantities of Iodine :) I can't believe that the forum is almost 10 years old already. We sure used to have some fun on here.
