Revisiting this post.
The original cavity is still there, tooth #3 in my upper left area, and a neighboring tooth, #4 has cracked a few months ago. Pretty sure I have been low on minerals.
I am keeping at it, doing a combination of:
Re-reading Rami Nagel's book, Cure Tooth Decay
Following a Weston Price kind of diet, with raw milk and cutting out grains, Sugar and such.
Taking vit K and C almost every day
Visualization
Recently got advice on number codes based on Grigori Grabovoi's work.
Earlier I've read other posts, like //www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=1922984, where the poster suggested:
nutrients and supplements: D3, K, Bone Solid. Brush with Dr. Christopher's tooth powder. Get a vitamin D3 (5,000iu minimum) and supplement as well as a vitamin K supplement (look for one that contains MK4 and Mk7). Go outside every day for sunshine.
So, I am hopeful.
I also read of a dentist at mizar5.com/menews.htm who would collect a saliva test and create a program based on the results. However, seems he is not doing that anymore.
I'm pretty sure if I can identify what I am both low in, what I have too much of in my body, I can create a program will work best, as I have read phosphorous, calcium are very important, as well as K, C, and others. I am researching now for tests.
Does anyone know of such a test that is available, and perhaps any other advice to customize this work?
