Yes, I have been feeling the same way! I just started coffee enemas and have only done 3 so far. I was fine with the water enemas that I did a few times before plunging into the coffee ones. The day following my first CE, I felt very bloated after the second and especially 3rd (all in one week), I have had back pain, some cramping similar to menstual or ovulation cramps and severe bloating. It looks like I am 4-6 mo pregnant. My back constantly aches and it's been 3 days since my last CE. Last night I resorted to a salt bath soak and that helped take the edge off and then I did a water enema. I hope I didn't do any damage. This is the strangest reaction. I'm not sure I want to try them again until I find out why I'm reacting this way.
