Hi. I am a 55 yr old female and went thru the same Arthritis symptoms that you spoke of. I had excruciating pain that started in my right knee and progressed to my left as well. I began taking Msm and glucosamine/chondroitin but the pain never really went away. Just simple walking was painful, tiring and frustrating because I couldn't be on my knees very long. Getting up from a sitting position was the worst. In 2015 I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both of my knees, with very little cartilage remaining in my right knee. So I began taking multivitamins and supplements like never before with the hope of getting my mobility back. Nothing really worked until I began taking Boron supplement and silica supplement. It's been a year now and the pain has decreased by 60 percent! I also wear knee supports daily and I am now able to walk with little pain. My hope is that daily silica will help my body to regrow my cartilage, so we'll see. Best of luck to you!
