I was actually looking at getting essential oils to help me but I have no idea where to begin I personally think it's the bread that is disturbing my bowel cycle. To much yeast maybe with that being said I will see how I go in Madeira with the food I will eat everything I eat here and write a report about the difference. I remembered that last time my body felt invigorated by Madeira's food but sometimes the body changes and react differently to things. Thank you for your advice it has certainly helped.
