The taste can be refreshing once a person gets past the "eew gross" thought and puts it into practice. If the urine doesn't have a pleasant taste, then the diet or lifestyle likely needs to be addressed. If using UT, foods should be "clean" or pesticide free or as pesticide free as possible.

The taste will vary too depending on if you are a bit dehydrated and everything is concentrated or if you are well hydrated. I was incredibly surprised at how pleasant and refreshing the taste was and unprepared for how much more energy I would have when I did employ this therapy.
