Can I ask how much you are drinking per day? I am struggling to find the right amount. My biggest problem, to my astonishment and utter shock, is that I actually like the taste of my urine. From the very first time I tried it. So much so, I am wondering why I didn't do this 30 years ago. Especially straight from the first 2 or 3 urinations in the morning. I find when it is so diluted in the afternoon and evening from water intake, it is not as good because of it being so watered down. So, what is your routine?
