Thank you- I agree I think I have had just a lot of toxins coming out. I just spent a couple days drinking lots of water and salt and low and behold the cough, sore throat, ear ache disappeared, I need to find a balance with Iodine and I assumed because I spent a year detoxing that I wasn't that toxic anymore but that is not the case.
I have decided to just paint Iodine and eat some Brazil nuts and just try to get my adrenals back in shape- I suspect that is playing a role in this as well. I hope my mental and emotional state get back to normal soon but will just try the slow and steady route.
