2 TBSP coffee / 2cups water is recommended by Dr Wilson. Dr Wilson also recommends an organic medium or dark roast. Other people recommend SA Wilsons light roast. I combine the two so you get the best of both types of roasts by using 1TBSP of each per cup of water.
