Check out books by John Armstrong and Martha Christy that come complete with plenty of testimonials, even from doctors who have used UT effectively. Also, urine is sterile when it comes out. And, I was very skeptical at first, especially about the taste. I decided to just jump in right away. Not with a few drops, but with about 6 ounces. Imagine how shocked and surprised I was to find out, I actually liked the taste and even look forward to my next dosage. Read up on the studies of what is in urine.
