I take it with water usually on an empty stomach, I'm not eating all that much at the moment haha just a couple meals a day so I'm usually on an empty stomach, I don't really think about it too much, but it's usually on an empty stomach... And I take it throughout the day, 3 times or so. Oh yeah I also found some cloves so grounded those up and am taking a teaspoon a day, just swallowing it with water. I'm having bowel movements again every morning now and my livers gurgling... So much relief after clearing this blockage... Thanks for all your help
