Are you getting enough of the nutrients that the adrenals need to do their job?

The adrenal cortex hormones are made from cholesterol.

Adrenals have a high concentration of vitamin C.

B5 is important for adrenals.

I think at least one of the enzymes listed in the diagram above is dependent on zinc
