Im taking about 5 garlic cloves a day, on an empty stomach.. Just chewing them up and taking them down with some water. And about a teaspoon or so of chilli.

Also I have some powdered Chanca Piedra and you can really feel it breaking things up and moving it along, it seems to work very well with the garlic...
I find the mechanical action of the powdered stuff seems quite different to the tinctures i have taken, you can really feel the crushing action, quite powerful stuff... If you can find the powder i would highly recommend it.. Im in indonesia and just bought it locally.

I have also been doing quite a few coffee enemas, About 3 a day.. Which is fine as long as i am drinking a lot of coconut water (and also urine) and eating liver meat.

No adverse reactions, just huge relief from this big release yesterday...
