Hello.

Ive been eating half a table spoon of water soaked raw organic nigella sativa seeds with honey twice a day. I chew it up.

Is this a acceptable way to take it? Or should I be using the oil for gallbladder pain instead?

I haven't been diagnosed with stones, but sludge.
