Renew Life is pretty good at answering. Try Lynn@renewlife.ca. Of course that's their Canadian location and they say their products are formulated differently for Canadian regulations than for the US.

I never did get an answer about the five day break (I don't think I asked Renew Life, just on here) but I kept up with the other stuff during the five days.

I think the ozonated oil is making a difference, though. I haven't been taking it every day. I tried ozonated water once or twice, just in tiny amounts, and I've ozonated olive oil and jojoba oil. I used the ozonated olive oil for two liver flushes. Yesterday I passed the weirdest looking stuff so far. I think it's the ozone killing more parasites, but also could be a combination of everything I'm doing.

I will not stay on the ozone long term and I'm really hesitant to ingest it at all, but I really do think it's helping.

For some reason I have a lot of Paragone, both the capsules and tincture, left over, so I'm taking another 5 day or so break and then I might start it again, or maybe wait a bit longer and then start it again.
